Our highly skilled and experience roofers remove the current roofing down to the decking. The decking is assessed for any flaws or issues before the new roofing goes on. Top quality underlayment, flashings and shingles are installed by our experts.

Step #3 -- Neat as a pin.
This is where we make your property look like we were never there, other than your brand new roof.
When your roof replacement project is complete, all debris will be removed, surfaces around the structure will be clean and the waste trailer will be gone.

Step #4 -- One year inspection.
At no cost to Customer, AMR Construction will inspect your roof 1 year post installation for any installation related issues or defects. Any workmanship issues or defects will be corrected immediately under your AMR Construction warranty.

Step #5 -- Four year inspection.
At no cost to Customer, AMR Construction will inspect your roof 4 years post installation for any damage or defects.
Any workmanship issues or defects will be corrected immediately under your AMR Construction warranty.
Any damage found will be properly documented and presented to you.
